WINS is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing NYC-based team. 

We’re looking for an experienced researcher capable of managing client relationships and leading projects from conception to completion in collaboration with our partners. This is not an entry level position. 

What You'll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in running research engagements from start (proposal) to finish (presentation & socialization) as part of a project team
• Assess client needs, design and execute research (qualitative and quantitative) to answer key questions and provide clients with actionable recommendations and next steps
• Create compelling data narratives and presentations that grab attention, reinforce key points, and can be easily understood by multiple client audiences
• Manage the day-to-day client contact on multiple ongoing research projects
• Learn and gain vital experience for career progression to a project leadership role: At WINS we have a clear expectation for Senior Analysts that they are a stepping stone to career advancement.

Requisite Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in market research, with experience on the client/agency side preferred; and/or minimum one campaign cycle working with polling or public opinion data
• Proven success in a client-facing role;
• Bachelor’s Degree (or greater) from a top academic institution
• Experience and familiarity with the real-world application of various qualitative and quantitative market research techniques including: Market Segmentation, Brand Equity Tracking, Ad Tracking, Concept/Copy Testing, Awareness & Usage Research, Brand Positioning Research, Focus Groups, Ethnographic Research, Advanced Analytics such as Predictive Modeling, Regression analysis, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis (note: this role is not a statistician or data scientist, but candidates should possess some understanding of how some of these quantitative methodologies work, and how to design research to facilitate them).

Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Status:

The salary for this full-time position is commensurate with experience, with an anticipated salary range for this position $75,000 to $95,000 yearly. We have a full-time office in New York City and have adopted a flexible work week (Tuesday-Thursday in office). The role will offer opportunities to travel for client-related projects.
