Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Analyst (Associates) role located in the New York office. The position involves conducting market research, financial modeling, analyzing investment opportunities, preparing investment memos, due diligence, handling closing and assisting with asset management and investment disposition. The role also includes interacting with senior management, providing strategic recommendations, supporting contract negotiation and overall investment strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years real estate investment underwriting experience, including minimum full 2 years true multifamily equity investment (200 units per project size) underwriting experience (MUST)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market research and due diligence (MUST)
- Proficiency in creating investment memos and presentations
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior management and partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in contract negotiation is highly desirable
