We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems.
- Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to connect metal pipes securely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing installations meet building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure as needed.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction plumbing and general construction work.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC integration, and schematic interpretation.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on busy construction sites.
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and layout work.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques relevant to plumbing installation and remodeling projects.
