Position Summary:

The Market Focused Business Unit Leader 's responsibilities encompass the overall direction and strategic vision for the entire WhiteWater company with direct responsibility for the performance of all departments and functions. Includes planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the activities and Performance of all company Professional, Operational, Administrative, Technical and Financial functions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly supervises up to five managers and oversight of divisions personnel up to 100 employees.

Hiring Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree or advanced Technical Training in the earth or environmental sciences, or the appropriate water and wastewater licenses as
• A minimum of ten years of direct experience in the management of water and wastewater systems is

• In-depth and expert knowledge of water and wastewater treatment operations along with sound managerial background and a keen analytical mind. Must be able to recognize water and wastewater issues and provide sound solutions thereto.
• Vital; superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential.
• Must be confident in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, and
• Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Must be a business-oriented
• Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License

Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
