The Manager - Water Operations & Maintenance leads all aspects of water operations & maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.
Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Water or Wastewater management.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions.
- Valid T-2 or D-2 water License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
- Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.

Salary : $135,548 - $169,435
