Maintenance Technician – $25.00–$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance Technician duties include performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing equipment and facilities, conducting inspections, and ensuring the overall upkeep and safety of the community.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Relevant maintenance experience preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
