Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PM Shift

Whitewater Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in St. Charles, Minnesota, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our PM shift.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Assist residents with meals and hydration
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Provide compassionate and respectful resident care
- Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification or eligibility to work as a CNA in Minnesota
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
