We are Looking for consultants to join our team in St. Charles, MN.
Automotive sales is a profitable career path with great opportunity for financial success.
Previous auto sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with a superior purchasing experience by following established selling steps and processes.
- Establishing Product Knowledge.
- Demonstrating operation of vehicles and sharing product knowledge with customers on the showroom and through test drives.
- Following up with customers by phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Completing Manufacture's training courses.
Minimum Requirements:
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Strong communication skills
- High School education or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
