PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate Professionally: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and though email with customers and coworkers

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively work with customers to find a vehicle to fit their desires and needs

Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, finance teams, and fellow sales consultants

Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that every customer leaves the dealership feeling as if they are important and a priority to Wuerfein

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for people & sales
• Intermediate computer skills - required
• Extremely confident in operating a smartphone
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A valid driver’s license - required
• Sales experience is not required but preferred
