**Job Title:** Commercial Cleaning Technician
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our employees and customers.
**Duties:**
- Perform janitorial cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Experience working in schools and daycare centers
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
