Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner/Janitorial Technician to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across offices and/or medical spaces. General Office Cleaning
- Empty trash and replace liners in all offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dust and wipe desks, chairs, windowsills, baseboards, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, phones, keyboards)
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Clean interior glass, mirrors, and entry doors
Restroom Cleaning
- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops
- Refill soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Sanitize high-touch points (stall handles, dispensers, door locks)
- Mop floors with disinfectant solution
- Remove trash and sanitary waste
Medical Office Areas
- Disinfect exam tables, chairs, and medical equipment surfaces
- Clean waiting areas, front desk, and reception surfaces
- Sanitize patient contact areas
Surgical Room
- Clean and disinfect all surfaces using hospital-grade disinfectants
- Clean walls, floors, high touch surfaces in sterile environment
- Use proper PPE
Floor Care
- Sweep, mop, and disinfect all hard surfaces
- Vacuum carpeted areas
Follow Safety and Compliance (OSHA)
Work Independently and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Lock/unlock facility if required
