What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney (Transactional Real Estate Associate) position at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP?
Whiteford’s Richmond, Virginia office is seeking a talented real estate associate with 3-5 years’ experience representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development projects. Strong oral and written communication, drafting, negotiation, organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail, as well as familiarity with multifamily, industrial, retail, office and manufactured housing properties asset classes are required prerequisites.
Must be admitted to practice in Virginia.
This is an in-office position with the expectation that the associate will be in the office 5 days per week.
