Front Desk Associate (20–30 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
• Answer patient inquiries and share information about services
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Assist with billing inquiries and collections
• Collaborate with staff to support efficient office operations

Skills:

• Ability to learn and adapt to various software programs
• Strong patient/customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to take intiative to improve processes, and patient experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
