What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Glacier Hardwoods?
Glacier Hardwoods is a small/locally owned Hardwood flooring/lumber store. We have a location in Whitefish and Kalispell. Our small team of employees work together from the start to finish of each project.
This position is for 20 hours a week. We are looking for a long-term employee with strong customer service skills who is able to multitask and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage phone calls and emails
-Greet customers
-Work with clients and selections
-Learn and understand product lineup
-Maintain a clean and organized showroom
-Communicate effectively with the main store, sales representatives and clients.
-Learn to do Plan Take-Offs and estimating

Whitefish Store: Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
