You’re a strong leader who can coordinate teams across multiple locations and communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership. What you’ll do:
You’ll oversee daily logistics, including route planning, delivery coordination, and inventory management across multiple warehouse locations. You’ll lead delivery drivers and warehouse teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication, and smooth execution of daily operations. You’ll monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and align product availability with customer demand. You’ll also support event logistics, fleet coordination, and equipment readiness, while assisting with operational improvements and cross-functional communication between teams.
What you need:
You’ll need experience in logistics, route delivery, or operations, along with prior team leadership experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments and have a hands-on approach to operations, including basic mechanical or equipment tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing/CRM systems is important. A valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate vehicles and trailers is required. A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required. With the ability to lift 50LBS when needed.
