Job Function
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, coordinating service setup and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Handle inbound calls and support requests in both English and Spanish.
- Assess customer needs and guide them through implementation and system setup.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document configurations, processes, and customer interactions accurately.
- Identify and escalate technical or billing issues to the appropriate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
- Must be based in Miami, FL and able to work fully onsite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or a related role.
- Basic technical knowledge, preferably with VoIP or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
