We are currently seeking an HR Compliance Specialist (Contractor Onboarding) to join the Internal HR team for our client, a Big 4 consulting firm. This role is a vital part of the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Operational Compliance team, focusing on executing management protocols and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
The Role
As a member of the Operational Compliance team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Compliance Senior Associate. You will execute compliance management protocols across functions such as National Debt and Departures, Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and Employment Verification.

Position Details
The Role

Strategic & Technical Orientation
- Leverage operational compliance knowledge in the successful execution of HRSSC compliance protocols.
- Administer benefit programs housed within the HRSSC.
- Evaluate circumstances based on a working knowledge of compliance requirements to make independent recommendations for issue resolution.
- Consult with leadership to address complex issues requiring greater expertise or judgment.
- Review background screenings for contractors with high attention to detail.
- Ensure timely correspondence with third-party suppliers, engagement teams, and internal stakeholder groups.
- Manage high volumes of compliance tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to established SLAs.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Required experience with background screening reviews.
- Environment: Previous experience working in a large corporate setting is highly preferred.
- Onboarding: Experience working with third-party supplier onboarding is a plus.
