Job Function

• Utilize job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed to attract candidates who align with WhiteCap Search’s culture.
• Review applications to identify potential candidates for various roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Welcome candidates and provide a positive first impression during interviews.
• Assist candidates throughout the interview process by providing guidance and answering questions.
• Prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring all paperwork and onboarding materials are ready.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience in using job boards, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
