- Develop and expand MSP and VMS accounts to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet diverse client needs.
- Partner with clients to align delivery models with specific enterprise total talent management strategies.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with MSPs, VMS channels, and client executives.
- Expand senior customer relationships within large accounts to strengthen WhiteCap Search’s footprint.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to source, assess, and place top-tier nursing professionals.
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing strategies and platforms to identify and attract talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to placement.
- 3 years in recruitment, sales, or account management within the healthcare staffing industry.
- 1-3 years of experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs.
- Proven experience in nursing recruitment and familiarity with agency staffing operations.
- Previous experience with CRM or ATS systems to track and manage candidates effectively.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to our Long Island office, as regular onsite presence is required.
