Job Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.) who are seeking temporary work opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet client needs and qualifications.
- Coordinate every step of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to successful candidate placement.
- Work closely with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure all candidates are onboarded and meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with temporary staff, managing payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during assignments, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.
- Comfort with phone calls and engaging directly with candidates.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when handling conflicts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Word (required) and Excel (preferred).
- Must be based within commuting distance to our Long Island office, as regular on-site presence is required.
