Marina Manager

The Marina Manager/General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day marina operations. This includes staff supervision, dock and facility management, customer relations, and regulatory compliance. The role is crucial in ensuring operational performance, budgeting, safety standards, and delivering a high-quality experience for tenants and guests.

• Oversee daily operations of the marina.
• Supervise and manage marina staff.

• Maintain dock and facility management.

This is a full-time position, requiring five days onsite. Candidates should be prepared for a true temp-to-perm role.

• Prior experience in marina or operations leadership is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
