WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a well-regarded Skilled Nursing Facility in Hadley, MA.

Job Function

Night Shift.
11PM-7:30AM.
Plan and manage patient care based on individual needs and treatment goals.
Record patient medical histories and perform basic physical assessments.
Obtain and monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
Provide routine patient care, including wound care and assistance with comfort and hygiene.
Support physicians and registered nurses with procedures and specimen preparation.

Job Requirements

Graduate of a state-approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current LPN license in the state of employment or willingness to obtain.
2 years of LPN experience, including at least 1 year in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
