- Sort and disseminate billing books and financial reports.
- Perform daily conflicts checks
- Process electronic billing.
- Opening new files, rate changes, and conflicts.
- Works closely with Account Receivable staff to provide clients, billing attorneys and secretaries with up-to-date and accurate billing and payment information.
- Monitor status of billing, i.e., what has been turned in for drafting and finalizing and be responsible for ensuring that assigned billing attorneys and secretaries what still needs to be drafted and billed.
- 3 years of conflicts checks and E-billing experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook
- High school or equivalent required
