Investor Relations Associate

Our client is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their Investor Relations team in a hybrid role based in New York. You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure smooth workflows and accurate reporting within the Investor Relations function. Job Function

• Oversee preparation, review, and delivery of investor materials and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), manage investor data rooms, and support due diligence processes.
• Participate in investor meetings and drive follow-up communications to strengthen relationships.
• Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries and requests, coordinating internally to provide timely, accurate responses.
• Support the development of meeting materials, maintain investor databases and the transaction pipeline, assist with due diligence reporting, and contribute to ongoing IR reporting and market trend analysis.
• Provide leverage with investor onboarding and subscription processes as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and initiatives.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in a client-facing role (investor relations, sales, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, statistics, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases and reporting tools is a plus.
