This individual will play a critical role in building a high-performing, resilient workforce that enablesthe organization to compete effectively in attracting and retaining top clinical talent.
Job Function
- Schedule/Location: Monday - Friday | Onsite 9am-5pm in Orange NJ headquarters
- Serve as the internal expert on organizational behavior, performance psychology, and workforce engagement
- Partner with leadership (Owner, COO, CFO, HR) to design and implement people strategies aligned to business growth
- Lead initiatives to improve employee mindset, motivation, retention, and productivity
- Develop and deploy programs focused on culture, leadership development, and team dynamics
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on communication, conflict resolution, and team performance
- Assess employee engagement and organizational health through surveys, metrics, and behavioral insights
- Build scalable frameworks to support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Identify and address workplace challenges impacting morale, efficiency, or growth
- Collaborate with HR to modernize people operations and talent development strategies
- Act as a strategic advisor on change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Master’s or Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive cultural and behavioral change
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, motivation, and performance management frameworks
- Experience working in healthcare or provider organizations strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing organization
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
