Hybrid Senior Accountant

Global Advertising/Marketing Agency that loves to promote from within, is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team based in Fort Lauderdale. This role will report into the Assistant Controller and work closely with the CFO! This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office. Job Function

• Owning the month end and quarter end close process for multiple agencies
• Being the main point of contact with internal and external audits and assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley testing
• Assisting the Director and CFO with improving policies, procedures and controls and applying best practices
• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• BS in Accounting and at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Work experience in Media or Advertising preferred but not required
• Experience working for a large global company or in a shared service center is a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills are required- PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc
• Knowledge of a large ERP system is required
