- Approves or disapproves the extension of credit within pre-established guidelines for all customers in the designated region.
- Analyzes and reports on write-off activity.
- Collects past due payments, ensuring fair, courteous, and prompt handling of collection matters to facilitate the turnover of accounts receivable.
- Confers with relevant departments regarding the status of customer accounts and actions to be initiated on delinquent accounts.
- Monitors and communicates credit concerns to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, and/or accounts receivable collections.
- Strong understanding of credit approval processes, credit risk assessment, and established credit guidelines.
