- Monitor and manage daily cash balances across prime brokers, custodians, and banking partners.
- Coordinate and process wire transfers, FX settlements, and cash movements to support trading activity and fund operations.
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with fund administrators and internal systems.
- Track and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs of the fund and its underlying strategies.
- Support margin and collateral management with prime brokers and counterparties.
- Collaborate closely with the trading desk, fund accounting, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure operational integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field from an accredited university.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in cash management or operations within financial services.
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; macro skills are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of treasury and debt capital markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with banking and wire systems such as SWIFT and FED.
