Concierge

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team. This is for the pm shift on Mondays (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with some availability to take extra shifts as needed. Part-Time: Mondays only (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• 1 years of administrative experience in a medical setting required.
• Prior customer service experience
• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Occasional availability that may include evenings & holidays

Job Duties:

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
• Record and report resident care updates, department changes, and incidents during shift handoff.
• Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.
• Monitoring of Resident Safety System (Arial) and security cameras
