ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will serve as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors and guests visiting our community. Your primary responsibility as a Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by providing reliable information to those in need, supporting administrative tasks as needed and contributing to a welcoming and safe environment.
