Tuesdays: 12pm-4pm or Thursdays: 10am-12pm
Part-Time - Friday and Saturday 7am-3pm
$20 per hour - Flat Hourly Rate, NO TIPS
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
Assist with package delivery within the community as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
