Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including floor cleaning, dusting, and laundry.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards for short-term rental accommodations.
- Manage communication to schedule cleanings and confirm service completion.
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance or supply needs.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work independently to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to handle various cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with short-term rental properties is a plus but not mandatory.
This role offers opportunities for pay increases every three to six months until reaching full rates, reflecting performance and experience growth.
