Responsibilities
- Must be versatile in general construction, repairs and remodeling. Minimum of 3 years’ experience required: roof repairs, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, interior remodeling to include tile, flooring, painting, spackling, light plumbing and electrical etc. Need driver's license, reliable transportation and basic hand tools. Safety is a priority. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to climb ladders up to 40 feet high. Need jobs to be completed in a timely manner. Must be punctual and reliable.
