Requirements
- Expereinced in carpentry — measuring, cutting, nailing, and fastening
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must meet minimum working age requirements (18 preferred for site safety compliance)
Responsibilities
- Assist lead carpenters and tradespeople with framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools around the job site
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after each job
- Set up and break down scaffolding, ladders, and work stations as directed
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and correctly
- Follow all on-site safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Help maintain an organized, hazard-free job site at all times
