What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer/Construction position at Green Energy Guard?
Green Energy Guard Insulation is looking for a full-time, hourly employee to join the team. Candidate must be available Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm, as the schedule will fluctuate weekly. Most hours will fall between 6am-2pm. Average hours per week will range from 30-40 hours, generally 3-5 days per week.
This is a General Laborer position, so previous insulation or contractor experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Individual must be able to lift 50 pounds and spend long periods of time on their feet in all types of weather. This position will assist with any and all tasks required during various jobs, including but not limited to installing insulation, bagging and removing old insulation, running supplies to job foreman, holding ladders & hoses, and clean-up of job site. An ability to follow direction and dive-right-in attitude is a must. Reliable transportation to the Souderton office is required, as the crew departs daily from this location. The ideal candidate will have a 20 min. or less commute to Souderton.
