Status: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Frozen Foods Manager to oversee the daily operations of the frozen department in our Lindsborg store. This role is responsible for maintaining product availability, ensuring proper rotation and temperature control, and keeping the department clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced grocery environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of the frozen foods department
• Ensure frozen products are properly stocked, rotated, and priced
• Monitor freezer temperatures and follow food safety and handling standards
• Order products, manage inventory levels, and minimize shrink and spoilage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe department
• Create neat, attractive product displays and support store promotions
• Assist customers with questions and product location when needed
• Work closely with store management to meet department goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred
• Department lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
