Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time motivated and experienced Property Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex in Bono, Arkansas for 24 hours per week. As a Property Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the property, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.
Duties:
-Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Screen rental applications and conduct tenant interviews and background checks
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and security deposit refunds
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and landscaping
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce lease terms and policies, including rent collection and lease renewals
- - Maintain maintenance management system for efficient work order management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
