ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists supervisor, manages, guides, coaches, and adjusts work as needed to accomplish goal.
- Trains outfitters to ensure safety requirements are being followed
- Leads by example.
- Develops training for outfitters to understand responsibility and takt time.
- Identifies and help improve safety, quality, and delivery opportunities.
- Understands and ability to track SQDC metrics.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED.
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Years of experience: 1 year preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse groups
- Competent in math
- Problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of all department processes.
- Ability to influence and guide outfitters in the organization.
