Job Overview
White River Family Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our private dental practice team. This role is the first impression of our office, responsible for welcoming patients, answering the phone first, managing the schedule, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Maintain patient insurance benefits are pulled and updated in our system
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
- Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely updates
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism
- Open to growing with the practice and the team
