Cabinet Shop All-Star
Full-Time & Part-Time Available | $20–$25/hr based on experience
White River Cabinetry is looking for a Cabinet Shop All-Star to join our team in Des Moines. This isn't a one-station job — you'll rotate across CNC cutting, cabinet assembly, edge banding, sanding, packaging, deliveries, and shop
maintenance. If you like variety, want to build a wide range of real manufacturing skills, and take pride in a job done
right, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Operate and support CNC cutting for panel processing
- Assemble cabinets to spec
- Run edgebanding equipment
- Sand and prep components for finishing
- Package finished products for delivery
- Assist with local deliveries and occasional service calls
- Keep work centers clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Move between stations as production demand shifts
What We're Looking For
- Someone reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn multiple skills
- Comfortable with physical work and standing/lifting throughout a shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude — willingness to learn equipment across stations
- A team player who takes ownership of quality and cleanliness
- Prior woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
