Position: Fulltime, Permanent, Monday-Friday.
Compensation: Starting at $18-$25 per hour. (Based on experience)

Miracle Method of Iowa is currently looking for a reliable, respectful and hardworking individual who can take the lead on refinishing & refacing cabinet projects.

Job Duties:
- Cleaning, prepping and spraying of bath and kitchen fixtures (cabinets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters, floors etc.) and repairs of chips and blemishes.
- Driving to and from job locations throughout the greater Des Moines area. Company transportation is provided.
- Safe handling and proper maintenance of all refinishing equipment, to include the use of a ventilation system and personal protective equipment. Training, tools and support are provided.
- Professional customer interaction and continuous quality assurance
- Daily reporting to home office to obtain work orders and supplies.
- Identifying necessary project materials and safety equipment. All materials and safety equipment is provided.
- Following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- General shop maintenance and custodial duties.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and valid Iowa Driver’s License.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Able to clearly communicate, read, and write effectively.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous experience in surface refinishing, painting, detailing, fiberglass repair, porcelain repair is preferred, but not necessary.
