Experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician needed for Shreveport apartment community.

Industry experience in over all apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing and some carpentry required. HVAC certification is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and work well with others as a team.

Must have tools, valid driver's license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance and pass criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
