We offer a competitive pay ranging from $14 to $17 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. You'll work shifts from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and technicians. As a CSR/Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers and technicians to provide updates on job statuses and address any concerns they may have. Additionally, you will work closely with our present dispatcher to assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and delivering top-notch customer service.
