• Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Wednesday-Sunday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers and field technicians while helping keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

• Schedule plumbing and water cleanup service appointments

• Coordinate technician schedules and communicate appointment updates

• Assist with dispatching and daily scheduling activities

• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation

• Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional customer service

• Follow up with customers as needed regarding appointments and service updates

• Support general office operations and administrative tasks

• Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, reception, call center, administrative support, or a similar role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills

• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or another home service industry is a plus but not required
