Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of successful automotive sales management experience, or three years of proven sales performance if transitioning from a sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of dealership sales operations and assertiveness in decision-making.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Used car buying or appraising experience is a plus.
- Auto manufacturer master sales or management certifications are an advantage.
