Verizon Account Associate

White Plains Development Enterprise, is hiring a full-time Verizon Account Associate for its White Plains team to connect our customers with Verizon Fios and mobile solutions. The Verizon Account Associate spends their days meeting our customers and helping them discover how Verizon account plans deliver the speed and reliability their households deserve.

As a Verizon Account Associate, you will receive sales training on how to connect with customers through in-person conversations about reliable internet and wireless plans. The Verizon Account Associate develops strong sales skills by actively listening to customer needs and ensuring that every account setup is optimized for maximum value and convenience.

• Handle customer accounts with care by engaging in person and offering relevant Verizon Fios and mobile recommendations.
• Expand account potential by identifying needs and guiding customers toward beneficial Verizon solutions that support sales.
• Maintain positive customer accounts through attentive service and strategic recommendations of Fios and wireless services.
• Drive account and sales growth by turning personal interactions into successful upgrades and additional Verizon services.
• Balance daily account responsibilities with a focus on delivering value and achieving sales targets.
• Develop foundational account management skills while consistently supporting Verizon sales and customer satisfaction goals.
