Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property.
- Maintain public areas by tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety are prioritized.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures aligned with hospitality standards.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles within hotel or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet extraction, polishing, and tile maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products preferred.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
