Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and report maintenance issues promptly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to guarantee a hygienic environment at all times

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods
• Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or supplies as needed
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Prior hotel experience or familiarity with housekeeping management is a plus
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is desirable
