Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments efficiently using CRM software such as Salesforce or other relevant tools.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture existing client relationships.
- Utilize negotiation skills to effectively manage scheduling and customer interactions.
- Support business development efforts through outbound calling campaigns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and scheduling processes.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by promoting services during calls and follow-up communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication, and customer service skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as MarketSharp or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and record keeping.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism during inbound calls.
- Prior experience in marketing or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.
