Responsibilities
1. Evening Shift Management:
- Lead and inspire our evening team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high standards of service.
2. Bar Operations Management:
- Take charge of all bar operations
- Uphold compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol, setting an example for your team.
3. Staff Training and Beverage Education:
- Develop and implement engaging training programs that enhance staff knowledge of beverages, responsible alcohol service, and effective sales techniques.
- Host regular training sessions and workshops to keep your team informed about new products, industry trends, and best practices in beverage service.
4. Inventory Management:
- Assist your AGM with managing inventory levels for liquor, beer, and wine, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accountability and optimize costs.
5. Purchasing and Vendor Relations:
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality products at competitive prices, nurturing strong relationships with our vendors.
6. Organization:
- Assist your AGM with maintaining an organized storage area.
- Be a role model of organization and cleanliness for the FOH team.
7. Guest Relations
- Ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience.
- Welcome guests, handle special requests, resolve complaints promptly, and help build brand loyalty through personalized service.
